I was out breaking the law again today. I hiked down the Meramec River trail in Castlewood State Park to the no trespassing sign and then promptly crossed the forbidden railway zone to the largely deserted western part of the part. Then I followed the river trail all the way to Sherman Beach Park and back. It was about a three hour walk. On the way back the sun illuminated the bluffs and highlighted some kayakers in the river. I quickly shot the four frames that went into this panorama. As I have said before Saint Louis has above average parks. I will miss them when I move away.
