My paternal grandfather Frank Baker senior swinging a golf club. Frank was an excellent golfer in his prime. He maintained a low handicap until Buerger’s disease and small strokes reduced his abilities. I am not sure when this picture was taken. Again people would a few dates on the back of photos kill you! Frank looks like he’s in his early sixties or late fifties here giving an approximate year of 1958. This picture is a re-photographed large print that I inherited when I started sorting through my deceased mother’s family photographs. The print does not fit in my flatbed scanner so I took a few shots with my macro lens. I could probably get a better result by flatbed scanning the image in parts and reassembling it digitally but that’s more work than this image merits.
